• Kenya Primary Literacy Program (KPLP) was a strategic investment in Kenya’s future, aligning national priorities with global partnerships. The program strengthened education at every level, ensuring sustainable change that would last well beyond its timeline.
• Achieved by retaining Kenyan Sign Language as the medium of instruction for KPLP in Schools for the Deaf
• Successfully developed the first-ever Digital Gambian Sign Language Dictionary with over 2700 signs and GSL Curriculum Materials for Teachers' Trainings
• Collaborated with and supervised a team of 50 panelists who participated as stakeholders in the development of the Digital GSL Dictionary and curriculum materials
• Successfully introduced Award Programmes to the North Eastern Region of Kenya despite difficulty.
